The equipment uses Japanese Mitsubishi Q Series PLC and Mitsubishi man-machine interface. The complete set of tension drive control system independently developed by our company has functions including high control precision and fast response speed.

This kind of surface treatment machine uses electrolytic copper foil produced by the foiling machine as the main material.

Treatment technology: unwind - acid pickle - coarsen1 - solidify1 - coarsen2 - solidify2 - galvanize - wash by water - chroming - wash by water1 - wash by water2 - silane - dry - roll up

This kind of surface treatment machine can produce electrolytic copper foil which can meet the IPC-4562 requirement. (The number of process tanks can be specified by the customers.)
